Manufacturer Warranty Information

Lenscan products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturer defects only. We’ll repair or replace defective items free of charge, provided the defect is proven by the customer upon delivery.

Please note, this warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear like scratches. Any damage that is not a manufacturer defect will not be covered under the one-year warranty.


 

Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for all items. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging and in “good selling condition.” You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Lenscan Medical Inc. is not obligated to accept returns outside these terms.

To start a return, you must obtain a return notice from our Customer Service Department. Products returned without this notice may not be credited. Some exceptions may apply.


 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If any parts are missing, your refund will be put on hold until all parts are returned.

Damaged items are automatically non-refundable. This includes damage, breakage, or failure due to:

  • Mistreatment, misuse, or neglect
  • Tampering
  • Shipping
  • Not following product manuals, maintenance instructions, or warnings
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • External causes like accidents or abuse

If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. The credit should appear within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please remember that original shipping or freight costs are non-refundable; only the item’s cost will be refunded.


 

Restocking Fees

Lenscan Medical does not charge restocking fees for:

  • Manufacturer defective items (not the customer’s fault)
  • Unopened items returned in original condition
  • Wrong items shipped, or items not matching the Lenscan website description

For these specific situations, you’ll receive a 100% refund of the item’s purchase price to your original payment method, as long as it’s within the return policy period.

For other returns, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
