Manufacturer Warranty Information:

The manufacturer’s one year warranty offered on Lenscan products applies only to manufacturer defects. Defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge under the conditions outlined below. Defects must be proven by the customer upon delivery of the product. The manufacturer warranty does not cover negligence, misuse, or damage from repairs performed by unauthorized personnel. The manufacturer warranty does not cover scratch damage to products brought about through wear and tear. Any damage not resulting from a manufacturer defect is NOT covered by warranty.

Return Policy:

All return requests must be received within 30 days of delivery. For all items, no matter delivered by carriers or Lenscan employee, returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original packaging in “good selling condition”. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Lenscan Medical Inc. is under no obligation to accept the return of goods outside of their terms and conditions.

The return requests must be obtained from Customer Service. Any products returned without a return notice may be declined for credit. Some exceptions may apply.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you one the status of your refund after inspection the item. If there are missing parts in the item, the refund will be halted until all missing parts are be returned.

Any damaged item is automatically non-refundable: Damages, breakage or failure due to (i) mistreatment, (ii) misuse, (iii) neglect, (iv) tampering, (v) shipping, (vi) failure to follow the Product user manuals, maintenance instructions, or warnings, (vii) modifications or repairs performed by the purchaser or a third party without the Company’s prior written consent, (viii) and/or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping or freight costs with the purchase the item are non-refundable, only the item cost is refundable.

Lenscan Medical does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products, provided the item is within its return policy period. If you have received the wrong product or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee, provided the item is within its return policy period.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping/freight will be deducted from your refund.
